What is the seating capacity of J&P Banquet Hall?

J&P Banquet Hall can comfortably accommodate between 300 to 400 guests. It is the perfect venue for weddings, receptions, and celebrations of a grand yet intimate scale.
Is outside catering allowed at J&P Banquet?

Yes! Outside catering is permitted at a small royalty cost. We also have an excellent in-house catering team offering a wide variety of multi-cuisine menus.
How do I block or confirm a date for my event?

You can confirm your date by submitting the inquiry form above or calling us directly. A booking is confirmed upon payment of a 25% advance deposit. The remaining amount is due 7 days before the event date.
Is there parking available at the venue?

There is roadside parking available near the hall premises. While we do not have a dedicated private parking facility, the surrounding road area offers convenient parking for guests.
Can I visit the hall before booking?

Absolutely! We encourage site visits so you can see the space and visualise your event. Please call us or WhatsApp us to schedule a free site tour with our event manager.
Do you allow decorators from outside the hall?

Yes! You may bring your own decorator. We have a list of preferred partners who are familiar with our venue and can set up efficiently. All decorations must be approved by our venue manager.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event date receive a 75% refund of the advance deposit. Cancellations between 15–29 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Date rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.
Is the hall fully air-conditioned?

Yes, J&P Banquet Hall is fully centrally air-conditioned throughout all areas including the main hall, foyer, bridal rooms, and washrooms. We also have a full generator backup to ensure uninterrupted power during your event.
